DIRECTOR PROFILE

Kale Mladenovic is the joint Managing Director of Peel Property Solutions Pty Ltd and brings more than 20 years of hands-on experience in the building and construction industry. Beginning his career as a labourer before completing his apprenticeship in bricklaying, Kale has built an extensive career spanning trade work, construction supervision, project management, and business leadership.

Since co-founding Peel Property Solutions in 2019, Kale has played a key role in the growth and success of the company, overseeing residential renovations, custom homes, maintenance projects, and multi-unit residential developments throughout the Peel region. He is responsible for estimating, scheduling, project supervision, drafting, and the day-to-day management of company operations.

Kale leads a team of directors, employees, apprentices, and contractors, coordinating up to 60 subcontractors across multiple projects at any given time. His strong leadership, organisational skills, and practical construction knowledge ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Prior to establishing Peel Property Solutions, Kale gained valuable experience as a Building Supervisor with major residential builders, managing up to 35 concurrent projects and developing a reputation for quality workmanship and client satisfaction. He also successfully operated his own construction business, further strengthening his expertise in business management and project delivery.

A qualified bricklayer by trade, Kale holds a Diploma of Building and Construction, is a Registered Builder, and maintains current industry certifications. His commitment to quality, professionalism, and customer service continues to drive the success of Peel Property Solutions and the long-term relationships the company has built with clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
