James Mudd is an accomplished construction professional and joint Managing Director of Peel Property Solutions Pty Ltd. With more than 20 years of hands-on experience across residential, commercial, and renovation projects in both Australia and the United Kingdom, beginning his career as a qualified bricklayer after completing NVQ Levels 2 and 3 in Brickwork, James has progressed through supervisory, site management, and senior leadership roles to become efficient and highly competent in all aspects of construction operations.

James oversees all aspects of project delivery, including estimating, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, workforce management, quality control, and client relations. His extensive practical knowledge of construction methodologies, combined with strong operational leadership skills, enables him to successfully manage projects from concept through to completion while maintaining strict standards for quality, safety, and efficiency. Remaining actively involved in day-to-day construction operations, ensures every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard of workmanship.

Prior to establishing and leading his own construction businesses, James held several senior leadership roles within the residential construction industry, including positions overseeing multiple project teams and site operations. These roles provided him with extensive experience in managing construction personnel, coordinating trades, and delivering projects on time and within budget. His strong leadership, operational expertise, and commitment to quality laid the foundation for his success as a business owner and respected industry professional.

Holding a Diploma of Building and Construction and Registered Building Certification, James combines technical expertise with strategic business leadership. He is passionate about operational excellence, strong client relationships, and delivering projects that exceed expectations.
